Liz joined the SBH Legal team in 2026 as a paralegal with an emphasis in Washington workers’ compensation. Before coming to SBH, Liz worked at another Portland-area defense law firm specializing and honing her legal skills in both Washington and Oregon workers’ compensation.
Liz proudly completed the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner Certification in 2022.
Liz enjoys exploring nature and discovering new restaurants with her husband Joey. Her favorite place is the beach and holds a special place in her heart for its winter coastal storms. Liz is also a professional musician and enjoys advocating for the importance of early music education.
