  • Respond to inquiries about technical issues via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical hurdles, bugs, and software and hardware issues 
  • Provide step-by-step instructions and documentation to help users solve problems 
  • Install, configure, and sustain ongoing usability of desktop/laptop computers, peripheral equipment, and software

  • Processing outgoing mail, including printing documents, preparing packaging, metering, and sending within the daily mail deadline.

Seeking Full-Time Legal Assistant Team Lead

  • Providing quality control on the work of the team.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for the Legal Assistant team.
