About
Lauren joined the SBH Legal team in 2025 as a paralegal with an emphasis in Oregon workers’ compensation. Before coming to SBH, Lauren worked at another Portland-area defense law firm with a focus in workers’ compensation.
Lauren graduated from PCC with an Associate’s degree in Paralegal studies in 2014. She has also obtained/held Certified Paralegal status with NALA for over ten years.
Something you may not know about Lauren
Lauren rides Icelandic horses in her spare time, and she has traveled to nearly all of the Nordic/Scandinavian countries so far. Her favorite musician is the Norwegian singer, AURORA.
She also loves hiking, spending time with her husband and young son, and reading sci-fi/fantasy books – her favorites include The Lord of the Rings and The Expanse.
