Emmanuel joined SBH Legal in 2007. He provides paralegal assistance to Stephen Verotsky defending claims under the Oregon Compensation Act and the Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Act. Emmanuel is a paralegal with over 30 years of experience in the field of workers’ compensation in both insurance defense and claimant firms in the Portland area. Emmanuel has attended the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, and Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He is the proud father of a grade school poet and dancer, and is learning how best to tie a ballet bun.
