Sierra joined SBH Legal in 2025 and currently represents Oregon employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and related employment defense matters.

Before joining SBH Legal, Sierra initially practiced at a firm specializing in business litigation and transactions before transitioning to a boutique workers’ compensation defense firm.

Sierra grew up in Grants Pass, Oregon. She is a proud “Double Duck” and attended University of Oregon for her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science, as well as her law degree. Sierra and her wife moved to Portland in 2023, when she began her work assisting employers and insurers with workers’ compensation matters.
