Lindsay joined SBH Legal in 2025 as a Partner and represents Oregon and Washington employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and related employment defense matters. Lindsay comes to SBH Legal after a decade of advocating for employers and insurers in workers’ compensation, insurance coverage, OSHA/WISHA, and civil matters. Lindsay prides himself in taking collaborative and creative approaches to defending the interests of his clients.

Lindsay is a native Oregonian and a proud graduate of the old Milwaukie High School. Lindsay and his wife, Heather, live in Portland with their miniature schnauzer, Mr. Tibbs, and two cats. Outside of work, he can be found adding to his vinyl record collection (over 400 records and counting!), escaping to the Southeast Oregon high desert, and playing ball with Mr. Tibbs.
