Kalina joined SBH Legal in 2024 and currently represents Oregon employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and related employment defense matters.

Kalina grew up in Vermont and recently relocated from the NYC area to the Portland metro area with her family (her partner and two kids). In New York, Kalina was a defense litigator for 11 years. She was first a public defender on Long Island and then practiced mental health law defense in NYC for the past seven and a half years.
