Law Practice

Jessica joined SBH Legal in 2023 upon passage of the Oregon State Bar. She currently represents Oregon employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and related employment defense matters. Jessica collaborates with claims adjusters, risk managers, and other workers’ compensation professionals to strategically navigate complex claims and drive optimal outcomes. She approaches each case with a competitive mindset, believing that proper preparation prevents poor performance.

During law school, Jessica gained experience while serving as a certified legal intern for Oregon’s largest workers’ compensation insurance corporation. She also served as a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice in their General Counsel Division.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys running, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and one-year-old son.
