Danny joined SBH Legal in 2025 and currently represents Washington employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and related employment defense matters.

Danny prides himself on his creative and tenacious approach to litigation on behalf of his clients, skills which were honed during his twelve years of criminal defense practice representing indigent clients as a Deputy Public Defender, mostly in California.

Though Danny was raised in California, he has fond memories of trips to see family in the Pacific Northwest. Danny recently moved to the Portland metro area with his wife, Heather, and their two senior cats, Edward “Blackbeard” Teach (16 yrs old) and Lucy Gray (14 yrs old).

Something you may not know about Danny

Though his days of youth baseball and high school cross country are long behind him, Danny remains an avid sports fan. He apologizes for continuing to root for the Lakers.
