About
Carey joined SBH Legal in 2020. She began her career as a file assistant at a small Portland law firm. After working in legal assistant and paralegal positions, Carey became interested in the administration side of a law firm and focused on Human Resources. She has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry. Prior to joining SBH Legal she worked in Human Resources Operations Management, as a law firm Office Administrator, and the Director of Human Resources of a law firm.
Born and raised in a small southern Oregon town, Carey moved to Portland in 1992. Carey has two daughters and two kitties.

- Hobbies? Spending time with my kiddos, traveling, participating in fun runs, kickboxing, and reading.
- Best concerts? Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Salem (1992) and Tool in Portland (1993), San Diego (2016), and Salt Lake City (2016).
- Favorite Oregon getaway? Sunriver.
