Hayley joined SBH Legal in 2024 and currently represents Oregon employers and insurers in workers’ compensation and related employment defense matters.  Before joining SBH Legal, Hayley initially practiced estate planning and probate administration for a year before transitioning to a position specializing in workers’ compensation litigation and OSHA matters at another defense firm.

Hayley grew up in Sacramento, CA and stayed local for her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis.  Hayley moved to Oregon to attend the University of Oregon, School of Law.  In law school, Hayley served as the President of the Student Bar Association and Board Member of the Oregon Law Student Public Interest Fund.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys trivia, baking bread, and spoiling her German shepherd, Jack.
